Contribute to the ASRP

You can contribute to the development of the ASRP project by submitting information about yourself and your research, or about library and museum collections with significant US related holdings, and university courses in the UK that run courses focused on the United States. You can also send us information about online research resources you find valuable and that do not already appear on the ASRP.

Please read the Collection Policy for guidance on the eligibility of resources for the ASRP.

Step 1	Does your information already appear on the ASRP site?
	Use the dropdown menu to take a look.

Step 2	Resource already Appears = Update a Resource	Resource Does not Appear = Suggest a New Resource
	1) Use the drop down menu to find your resource. 2) Browse to your resource 3) Click `Suggest an Update` Button 4) Amend information in the form. 5) Submit, Cancel, or Reset the form.	1) Pick the type of resource from the dropdown menu: 2) Complete the online form. 3) Submit, Cancel, or Reset the form.
Step 3	What happens next
Once you have submitted your changes or new information, a screen will appear that confirms the information has been sent. You will be able to return to the page you were viewing or use the navigation menu to view the rest of the ASRP. Updates and suggestions will not appear immediately.
Step 4	Your Information
Thank you for taking the time to contribute information to the ASRP. The information you have submitted will be reviewed by the ASRP administrator. Please note that all updates and suggestions are subject to our Collection Policy and we cannot confirm that information submitted to the ASRP will appear on the site. NB Individuals can only suggest or update Academic Staff or PhD Student/Researcher information about themselves. If you would like your information removed from the ASRP, please email the site administrator with your request: contribute@asrp.info
